Persevering through career setbacks and successes with Micah Hoffman
Author of SANS course SEC487: Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Gathering and Analysis, Micah Hoffman has been in the information technology field since 1998 and a SANS Certified Instructor since 2018. In 2018 he founded his own consulting company, Spotlight Infosec, which focuses on OSINT and cyber security.
Micah discusses his career path and experiences of imposter syndrome in this podcast series, Trust Me, I'm Certified. He talks about his early career change and how it set him up for both difficulties and success, and the importance of community in order to be successful and feel fulfilled.
